To ensure a smooth and secure integration process for organization, follow these steps:
Apply to the ministry or government agency responsible for organizational integrations. An authorized representative will assist in adding any organization into the Mobile ID solution to the system, integrating the relevant APIs needed will also be assisted by the agency too.
The designated ministry or agency usually gives out an organisation member number or ID for the organization to be verified with. This confirms that the organisation is officially recognised and eligible for Mobile ID integrations. This member number is attained when the organisation for example joins the network of access to other organisations through for example interoperability.
Once an organisation's credentials are verified, the ministry representative will add Mobile ID to the system, linking it to the official records and integrating it into the available solutions.
After details are verified, the representative will provide a unique code. Enter this code in the app and set a 6-digit PIN or use your biometrics (fingerprint scan or face) to activate Mobile ID. Once activated, there’s no need to log in to the app again.
After addition, the organisation will be provided with customised APIs based on operational needs. These APIs allow seamless integration of Mobile ID into systems, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.
Once these steps are completed, your organisation will be fully equipped to use Mobile ID solutions directly without the need for an app. This will enhance security and streamline digital operations.
